SIGNING IN PROCEDURES:
Local students will report to the CMMTC at the time and with the appropriate kit and equipment as detailed in the joining instructions. Overseas students will be met at the Airport and transported to the accommodations to be quartered. Temporary Accommodations have been allocated for Overseas CMMTC students in Up Park Camp. The Administrative Sergeant will issue keys, care packages and provide a short tour of Up Park Camp to point out amenities available. An equipment and furnishings check list will be provided for each student to sign. These items will be checked off prior to departure of the student. Safety and training kit and equipment will be issued at CMMTC.
HOUSING & MESSING:
Overseas students will be housed in Up Park Camp (UPC) and transported by shuttle to the training facility. The shuttle will depart UPC at 0630 hrs and pickup at 1700 hrs. The barracks are equipped with television, microwaves, wireless internet access, laundry facilities, etc. Students will take ration at HMJS CAGWAY Monday to Friday and on Weekends at the Force Catering Centre (FCC) Up Park Camp as follows:
UNIFORMS: All students will report to CMMTC with the following uniforms: One dress uniform for the graduation ceremony and class picture. Two sets of working uniform (camouflaged utilities or equivalent). One set of gym clothes with running shoes, civilian clothing including a set of casual business attire. CMMTC will provide the necessary safety equipment and training gears for the duration of the course.
ID CARDS: Students should have a valid Identification Card from their respective organization. This identification authorizes students external to the JDF the same privileges as JDF personnel for the duration of the course. Any student who loses an identification card should immediately report the lost card to the Administrative Staff.
