The Governor-General’s Aide-Camp, Captain Dillon Christopher Lobban, was one of just over 2,500 persons who graduated from the University of the West Indies (UWI) with undergraduate and higher degrees, diplomas and certificates during two graduation ceremonies, held on Friday and Saturday night in the presence of dignitaries such as Governor-General Sir Howard and Lady Cooke, diplomats and Ministers of Government.
